That was rape. I'm sorry, but the other person here saying it's a gray area is dead fucking wrong. You did not consent. You were (possibly) drugged and never gave consent.

Please go to the police and/or hospital and get a statement and exam.

Yeah that's full on rape, I'd say press charges on him. Only thing you should do, other than that, is don't make excuses like how you hadn't shaved. Horny guys only take that as an invitation to go in. Make sure you're very clearly saying "fuck no I don't want this!" Or the equivalent should this happen again.

Now all you can do at the moment is go to the courthouse and file rape against both him and his friend.

I'm not really caught up on the legal stuff, and I don't know whether you could bring it to trial or not. But the way you described it, it was sexual assault at least. You resisted, didn't want it, and you certainly didn't say yes to any of it.

Educate yourself on consent before posting.

Seriously? She didn't say no? That's your argument? She did not give consent. That's at the very least sexual assault.

That's rape, but your actions during likely will make it difficult to get a conviction unless your friend or one of the guys will testify. Horrible experience though. I wish you the best.

That's rape. You and your girlfriend should have been at the police department that day giving your separate written statements and even separate video testimonies about every detail. That's how you get a conviction in court. Even if the state attorney chose not to bring it to court for some reason, the creep would have case against him that would make the state attorney push much much harder for jail time if he ever did this again (though your accusation would technically be inadmissable in open court in another girl's case down the road.)

Every time a girl lets something like this drop without a word, it virtually guarantees the creep will do it again. Be careful who you drink with. Drink very small quantities at the time so you are more likely to taste something slipped in it.

I went to the cops a week or so after it happened, and they said iitd be considered rape because of how much under the influence I was. I dunno.

Absolutely no hate-speak, derogatory or disrespectful comments will be tolerated. This includes sexist and rape jokes.

I know I would have spoken up if I was sober but I felt like trapped, you know?

Firstly. If someone is too intoxicated to give proper consent it is by law considered rape. If you feel like it was rape and like you want to report it you definitely should. Reporting friends for rape can be really hard, and no one can make that decision for you.

Secondly whichever friends laughed at you or blamed you for what happened should be immediately eliminated from your life. That sounds really harsh, but speaking from experience those people are never going to be the best friends you have in life.

And thirdly, lean on the supportive people when you need help. It sounds like you are handling what happened to you remarkably well. So I applaud your strength.

I did report it but it was a bit after it happened so they couldnt do a rape kit and I threw away the clothes I had worn that night the moment I got home. So it's going to be difficult, which frustrates me
