I accidentally turned on msnbc and this is what they described it as. I'm sure the shop owners that lost their inventory are glad it was done "peacefully"

Does insurance cover things like this? I can't imagine a small business has the power to do anything about it, but a large insurance company might be able to sue to police over it to recoup their loses.
