Just a thing I need to get outside of my head:

I’m not a feminist because I think all men (ie; your father, your brother, your grandfather, your boyfriend) are rapists.

I’m a feminist because if they were rapists, they would probably get away with it, and people would pat them on the back and say sorry.

The same applies for most other social justice scenarios.

Wanting to remain benign and failing to engage doesn’t remove you from the problem.
