Golly, I thought this was a time-lapse regarding illegal immigration into the country. Those border states were sure taking a beating.

Just another example of the liberal obsession with having the government control our lives.

Good we're putting criminals where they belong.

There is so much spent on "the war on drugs" it is sickening. I refuse the liberal argument that is the "private prison lobby" but I do accept the libertarian argument that drug laws need reform. We should put a greater emphases on treatment, rather than incarnation.

Another point is the lack of jobs within our cities. Is it any surprise that a young male would choose drug dealing if the only other job career is Mcdonalds?

We need to establish TAX FREE ZONES in our major cities. We need to roll back industry regulations that put us at a disadvantage with other emerging countries (and to the liberal who will undoubtedly suggest a river will catch on fire.....you are living in a other dimension.)

edit: A great example of rolling back such regulation is the new emerging frack technique for oil production. currently in the great lakes region there is backlash against this. The tech is safe, but because the environmental lobby from the west coast is planting their flag many politicians are afraid to vote for anything but helpful for that industry

It is really hard to get the DA's to actually charge someone with jail time nowadays. They downgrade so many arrested charges to something minor or just dismiss completely. If you somehow get sentenced to jail, you did something to deserve it.

That's what happens when you break the law, how 'bout that
