Member Relations Executive

Searson Buck has partnered with the Australian Institute of Company Directors in seeking a highly talented Member Relations Executive.  This position is responsible for delivering membership growth and driving membership engagement throughout Tasmania.

 

The Australian institute of Company Directors provides leadership on director issues and promotes excellence in governance to achieve a positive impact for the economy and society.

 

Reporting to the State Manager the Member Relations Executive will work together with the National Office to support growth strategies, ensure membership acquisition and retention, as well as enabling membership engagement and partnership.

 

To be successful in the role you will require:
 

· The ability to gain knowledge on products and services offered
· Extensive experience in business development
· Experience running promotion campaigns and target marketing
· Strong computing skills with experience in the MS office Suite and particularly database systems and analysis
· High level verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to negotiate and build relationships
·Highly developed time management and organisational skills
