I'll share my concerns:

• I keep having to press the touch pad for my waypoint to appear, it is not terrible - but all sorts of other shit pulls up when you press the touch pad.
• Quests are tiny beacons that pulse a green strobe. The waypoints will give you directions to them - but they are so small it is easy to arrive at the location and be confused where the quest is.
• When doing a Survey the location quest, there is no identifier on where the game wants you to stand to 'survey.'
• I played Thursday night and the world seemed pretty dead, compared to say Watch Dogs perpetual hacking by other players. I eventually ran into other players - but I did a PQ(Public Quest) mission by myself and that was depressing. ++Positive++ I did eventually run into a cool group of dudes.
• I ran the Strike (Matchmaking Dungeon) twice, Devil's Den. First on Legendary (hard mode) and the second on Brave (Normal). On Legendary the bosses took way too little damage, that we all literally ran out of ammo and would have to die just to replenish ammo. Same situation in Brave but not as bad. Bosses need to be tuned way down in my opinion.
• You have jet boots that let you hover/glide, but they feel slightly delayed so it is always best to just jump twice to get a vertical boost, because if you're already coming down you'll just gently glide down.
• PVP is brutal, but feels very Halo-ish. Shotguns, rockets, and hammers are OP and assault rifles suck. Grenades work good in PVP, much better than they do in PVE.

That's all the stuff that comes to mind immediately.
