so you're gonna have to understand the context of the SRS fempire; in response to the incredibly overwhelming misogyny of reddit the fempire has a tongue in cheek obsession with misandry because of the MRAs who love to complain about it. We also similarly demean free speech even though we're (sshhhh, ever so secretly) fond of it.

The idea is that it's just a meme that is prevalent throughout the fempire (a similar inversion), and so basically any anti-male gender bias is going to be recognized as a meme among us.

This does not mean that we endorse gender based discrimination; the jokes we make are simplistic and could easily venture into hurtful territory if someone took it too far or with the wrong person. But the mods exist to rectify those situations when they feel they arise. In this case though the gender discrimination is an inversion of traditional problematic viewpoints.
