Well I'm sorry, but humans are the most advanced subspecies of the greater apes, who split from the chimpanzee species around 4 million years ago, spread up from the Rift Valley in Africa, and discovered fire, leading to us becoming the dominant and arguably the most intelligent species on the planet. However our intelligence has come at a cost, as we are one of only a few species that kills its over member, and the only known animals to actually destroy our own environment for seemingly useless reasons( i.e. cutting away a forest of filling in a lake to build a shopping mall or parking lot). We are just as much animals as any other species on the planet.
