Anonymous asked: Should het people abstain from intimate relationships with the opposite sex? Can heterosexuality exist within radical feminism? Should het women remain celibate and single, or perhaps give lesbianism a try? Is romance a patriarchal invention, and the longing for romance a socialised emotion in men and women?
You don’t “give lesbianism a try”, it’s not a fucking sweater you can put on and get a refund for if it didn’t fit. Political celibacy is definitely an option, I mean, men suck at sex anyway so what’s the point in dating them really. But, I know heterosexual radical feminists, and obviously it works for them.
