I don’t understand why dfab people think they might have claim to the word lesbian if they don’t identify as female? I’m not female I’m agender so I don’t get to say I’m a lesbian. I can say something like femmesexual because I’m attracted to women. But I’m not just attracted to women I like other nonlinear genders as well as men and women so I’m pansexual. But even when I am only attracted to women I’m not allowed to call myself a lesbian because I’m not female. And if your dfab and don’t identify as female but are attracted to women, you aren’t a lesbian because you aren’t female.

clarification: just because you still have “female” genitalia (which is bullshit its not female genitalia its a vagina its not inherently female just like a penis isn’t inherently male) does not mean you can say your a lesbian. If you do not identify as a woman you cannot say your a lesbian. If you identify as a woman and are attracted to women than yes you are a lesbian.
