If the Senate is retaken this year it will happen.

need 2/3 vote, so unless the GOP thinks they can swing a lot of criminal, er i mean, democrat senators, it prob wouln't happen. Too much at stake in 2016.

I think the media and the public are one in the same when it comes to Obama. They can be tipped either way. Right now, both are on the tipping point with Obama. Part of it is the glitter of his Change has worn off and people see him like a rusty tool in the drawer: outlived its usefulness but you can't throw him away until you get a replacement.

I also believe the media is taking tiny bites out of his character but doesn't go all out until next year once campaigning picks up. When Hillary or whatever other Obama-nation comes out of the woodwork then he will be torn down as a failure to make way for the new savior to all of out problems and liberals will eat it up.

If Obama is thrown out on his ass, as shitty as Biden is I would take him with a Republican Controlled House and Senate. The only thing left to do is find an impeachable offense that both sides can agree on.

Those are failures of his administration - not crimes committed by Obama.

The man is an ineffective president; not a criminal. This impeachment talk is stupid.

bullshit.

gun-running - illegal (high crimes & misdemeanors)

using the IRS to attach your political enemies - illegal (high crimes & misdemeanors)

There was no gun-running in operation Fast and Furious. Every gun transaction involved a licensed dealer selling a gun to a US citizen who had the right to buy the gun. The illegal part took when the gun was transported to Mexico and sold to Mexican criminals.

The great irony of Fast and Furious is that people are upset that Obama did not seize those legally purchased guns.

Here is an excellent source of information about what actually happened: http://fortune.com/2012/06/27/the-truth-about-the-fast-and-furious-scandal/

Then police should be charged for buy and bust operations?

The administration wanted to let these guns go to try and track where they went. Yes, this was a stupid idea. No, they couldn't actually track these guns like that.

But look, it wasn't like they were just running guns or something. It was part of an enforcement operation that they really fucked up.

Everything else you mentioned, good to go.

I think that if we actually continue to expose what he's doing at the border by willfully breaking our laws and allowing people to break our laws, we could swing enough people. And now the government is looking at bringing fucking riot squads to combat protesters who dare to stay up and say "We don't want invaders in our country."

I wouldn't count on it. Too many of the old guard, establishment GOP are mealy-mouthed cowards who will never go out on a limb to do the right thing if they are afraid of looking bad to the liberal press. The only time you see these guys really take the gloves off and fight is when they are faced with a principled conservative in a primary election. Then it's all out war. If these guys had half the enthusiasm in taking on Obama as they do trashing their own base it's amazing what they could accomplish.

I dream of the day I wake up and this is actually happening, not just talk.

Obama will be impeached one day after Reagan is impeached.
