Private, spacious, cozy, excellent connectivity and gorgeous view of Bay, Rainbow bridge. 30 min from Haneda Airport, 3 min from Hinode station. Centrally in Minato Ku : Ginza 15 min, Roppongi 15 min, Tokyo St. 15 min, Shibuya 20 min, Shinjuku 25.
East side open to Unrestricted View of Tokyo Bay and Rain Bow bridge. You can enjoy Sunrise from Tokyo Bay from all the rooms.
Ideal for adult families, seeking aesthetic and luxury living experience with a rare romantic view of Bay.
At night enjoy from balcony or all rooms breath taking view of lit-up Rainbow bridge, Tokyo Tower and Odaiba across the bay. Sitting at lanai style balcony overlooking bay sip your favorite drink to relax, while colorful tourist boats pass by the Tokyo bay.
Each room has access to balcony and Bay view.
An excellent sound proof architecture gives total tranquility, though busy roads and Yurikamone line is nearby.

Bus stop - just in front of the the apartment and behind to Hamamatsucho, Shinagawa,Tokyo Tower, Odaiba.
Hinode train Station - behind the apartment 50 meters, will take you to Shimbashi (JR) or Odaiba.
Jr Station - Hamamatsucho us only 10 min walk or one bus stop away, where the Trains from Haneda Airport terminates, and junction of JR and two subway line (Oedo and Asakusa).
Sight seeing Buses starts from Hamamatsucho to all major Tokyo destinations and also to Mt. Fuji, Hakone.
Hinode Pier is behind the apartment where numerous ferry starts for sight seeing tours to Asakusa, Odaiba, Yokohama.
Takeshiba Pier - 200 meter down, where overnight boats for near by Islands starts. Also several sight seeing cruises starts.
Entire private apartment with private entry includes all facilities - Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, separate Shower area, bath tub, Separate toilet,
The guests are expected live of there own. Although our apartments are next door, we prefer to be contacted only for emergency cases.
Minato Ku( district) is the most happening part of the Tokyo where more than 70 embassies and most of the Foreigners like to live. The classy shopping center of Ginza is only 5 min by Taxi or 15 min by train. Nearest train station (Hinode) is within 50 meter. The most striking aspect remains the view of Tokyo bay and lively Harbor just below the apartment where all sight seeing tours starts.

Nearest station of Yurikamone line is 3 min (50 meters) walk from the apartment, Bus stop are just at the front of the entrance.
Hamamatsucho is the Airport transit station, 10 min walk, from where 24 hours Haneda Airport is 20 minute by monorail.
Bullet train can be accessed from Tokyo Station or Shinagawa station within 15-20 min.
You can reach transport any place in Japan or world within 30 min from the apartment.
2 bed room, One Living Room, a Kitchen and Bathroom. Toilet is separate.
Total area excluding the Balcony, is 66 sq Mtr.
The Balcony is 30 ft long and 6 ft wide, runs along the south east facing unrestricted view of Tokyo Bay from seventh floor. The Hinode pier is just below the apartment where all sight seeing boats starts.
You can chose all modes of transport - road, train, subways, air, water to reach any part of Tokyo, Japan and even international destinations as Haneda airport is only 30 min away. You can also chose to have your private transport, public parking available across the street.

We stayed here for a month, and had a really excellent trip. The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults & 1 child) in terms of size, facilities and convenience, and the view was terrific. We never got tired of watching the many boats moving around in Tokyo Bay. Pradipta & Miki were exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts, and really went beyond what I expected from them as owners of the apartment.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone.
If/when we stay in Tokyo again, we'd love to come back here.
On a more general note, I'm not really a city person, but I loved Tokyo - food capital of the world, no question.2014年06月 -
We loved our stay at the Tokyo Bay View Apartment. The location was excellent with easy access behind the building to the Hinode Station for access to Odaiba and the major Shimbashi Station and the Hinode Pier for taking a boat up the Sumida River to Asakusa. A few minutes further way is the Hamamatsucho Station on the Japan Rail line and just beyond it the Daimon Station for the subway. We very much appreciated that Pradipta and Miki left us coffee in the well-equipped kitchen to help with our first morning. The Lawson convenience store where we bought eggs, bread, and other breakfast items was about a 10-minute walk away; we could see it from the front door of the apartment. Speaking of the front door, we had been concerned before our arrival of possible sound problems due to the building's location between the train line and an expressway. Our sound fears were unfounded; the apartment is well sound-proofed, and we only noticed the sound when we opened the front door!. We also enjoyed the gorgeous view from balcony across Tokyo Bay. Our biggest problem was the early sunrise across the bay which tended to wake us earlier than we would have liked. No alarm clocks needed! Nonetheless, we would definitely stay there again.

L'appartement est très bien, très lumineux, bien équipé et très propre et la vue sur la baie depuis le balcon magnifique.
Le quartier est très bien desservi par le JR (10 min a pied) et même par les bateaux navette depuis Hinode. (3 min a pied)
Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Le seul bémol est que l'appartement est dans un immeuble situé entre une voie ferrée et l'autoroute! Ce qui fait qu'il est trè très bruyant de jour comme de nuit. Et le balcon avec la vue sur la baie de Tokyo est du coup un peu moins sympa !2014年05月 -
The modern apartment with the perfect view. We spent couple days with our two kids here and we really enjoyed it. Pradipta and Miki were great host. They helped us with lot of informations how we should find the apartman. Pradipta even sent us a photo from the main gate, what was really helpfull. Miki helped us with all the information, about the sightseeng spots, what we wanted to see and aswered all our questions.The transportation is great, the monorail stops behind the house, the pier is five minutes far away too.
The house is safe, becouse in our last morning we woke up for a 6.0 earthquake, and nothing happend only the beds moved away a little bit. So I can only recommend the hosts and the flat.2014年05月 -
Great apartment and will stay there again on our next visit.
Between Hinode and Hamamatsucho stations + close to Hinode pier, so super convenient for getting around the city and airports. Plenty of taxis around the area and bus stop outside the apartment. 10 min walk to the nearest 24 hour convenience store + 2 min walk to drinks vending machines. Apartment has Wi-Fi + Mobile Wi-Fi to carry around. This is an unusually large and airy apartment by Minato standards and comfortably slept our family of 4. Maintained well and kept clean.
Pradipta and Miki are very friendly (very thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some breakfast basics as we were coming in close to midnight with 2 young kids) and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help and guide us on attractions and "off guide book" tips.

The house fits 4 adults with a toddler very well on my trip there. Pradipta and wife, Miki host us very well offering guide and tips on getting around making our trip is real comfortable one.
Kitchen, dryer, and washing machine are very useful for us as we have kid around to prepare some food and to clean our clothes during our long 10 days stay there.
We appreciate the stay there and definitely will consider this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

The appartment is quite spacious for Japanese standards. It is centrally located, clean and provides all the needs you're looking for. For a family like us, i.e. with 3 kids, it was a pleasant stay and a small supermarket is nearby for all the basic needs. Our gentle host, Pradipta, helped us a fair bit on getting there (the cab driver had no clue where to go) and provided us with direction if we asked for it (which is really needed now and then). I would recommend this appartment to anyone who is looking for a bit of convenience and a 'feeling home' place.

I stayed in Pradipta and Miki's flat with my parents and my brother for one week and we warmly recommend it as we absolutely enjoyed it! The flat is very spacious, clean and fully equipped. As shown in the pictures, it benefits from a stunning view over the bay of Tokyo (sunrises and night lights are real shows to watch).
The location is perfect: 5 min walking from Yamanote line (Hamamatsuchō station), which brings you to many interesting spots in Tokyo, including Shibuya. It is also 2 min from a pier where you can take a boat and explore Tokyo from the river until Asakusa to go on the top of the Skytree.
Finally, Pradipta and Miki are amazing hosts: they provided us with many information on subjects ranging from "gardens in Tokyo" to "where to buy a judo kimono". They are also very interesting and both fluent English speakers.
For all these reasons we highly recommend their flat and are also looking forward to visit them next time!2014年03月

Pradipta and his wife were very welcoming hosts and made sure we were settled well. They live on the floor below so are very easy to contact and the app apartment was very clean and in an excellent location - no more than 10 mins from Hamamatsucho metro station. Areas such as shinjuku and shibuya were very close by and the vibrant area Odaiba was visible from the apartment itself. There is a great view of the Minato Bay area. Overall we were extremely satisfied and would recommend Pradipta and his apartment to anyone wishing for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Japan! Thanks Pradipta!

I loved the place so much, I could not stop buying the neighbor's apartment in a Nov 2013 when I saw this is being sold. I knew we do not have such locations many places in Tokyo with a unobstructive view of water , where sun rises from the sea and Rainbow bridge sprawling over the water towards the Odaiba. I am hoping to give a flavor of My Home In Japan to travelers who want a bit of accent. I live with my wife, a finance professional. I work with an American bank and an engineer by education. I am from India and my wife from Japan, we both like good things in life and stay at the same building in adjacent flat. We love listening Music, traveling, doing events, social work. Like to share a bit of Tokyo and Japan I love for 24 years. Tokyo and Japan is a fabulous place that some one need to live to experience. The safety, cleanliness, aesthetics sense in every thing one touch or see, is wrapped with the Japanese Culture that embody sincerity, customer orientation, beauty and peace that money cannot buy. After two decades in Tokyo, I had lived at five places and finally settled here, at Hinode on Tokyo bay side, which has the best of Tokyo. At the heart of The most prestigious residential district, where most of the international population leaves, has access to major city centers and attractions in 10-15 minutes. There is no other place one can see Sun and moon rising from the sea. The best part I like is he view of the bay and rainbow bridge on one side and the cityscape and Tokyo tower on the other side. We love the place so much, when the apartment next to ours got available, we could not stop buying it. After my sisters family visited in Dec. we gig the idea. That it could be a great for families visiting Tokyo, to find a home that they can remember for long time. We would love to exchange our travel experience and exchange tips for our next trips. We travel few times and like to do more if time allows. The best day at our place is the Tokyo Bay Fire Works, which is just I front of the a Apartment, every second Saturday of August.
