Well more importantly even that "one throw away comment" isn't something they could've ever predicted. They had no way of knowing what he would've said on air. They brought him on and his unpredictable nature was what made him entertaining, and that freedom is a huge part of what makes (or at least made) satellite radio interesting. They shouldn't be and shouldn't have ever been held accountable for what charlie said (nor should what he said have been deserving of a suspension in any case).
