世界最大級の大きさを誇るアメリカ・カリフォルニア州のサンディエゴ動物園。100エーカー（40ヘクタール）の園には、ジャイアントパンダをはじめ650種以上の動物たちが飼育されており、自然豊かな園をめぐりながら、世界各地の動物たちを観察できる。
旅行の機会がないと同園に遊びにいくことはできないが、日本にいながら、同園がInstagramに投稿している動物たちの写真を楽しむことができる。自然豊かな動物園でリラックスしている動物たちは、レンズを真っすぐに見つめている。
親子だろうか。兄弟だろうか。仲の良い様子が伝わっている。
水中から、シロクマが見つめている。
空を見上げれば、トリがいる。
