The thing is, there's a difference between actually blackface where it's used to make fun of black people, and "blackface" for a harmless joke.

No, there really isn't. It's literally just "look I'm black, that's funny."

Not always. I would say Tropic Thunder was successful in using blackface in a non-racist, humorous way. This girl definitely isn't, but that doesn't mean blackface is always racist - it depends heavily on intent and context/content of the joke. Comedians can often use it successfully without being extremely offensive or racist.

Yeah guys, you can totally say the n-word as long as you tell everyone it's a harmless joke! Just don't use it to make fun of black people and it isn't offensive!
