ELI5: Why people dislike america.

Do you mean North, Central and South America or just the USA?

This is one reason why many people in Latin America get angry at US-Americans -- US-Americans think they have a monopoly on the word "American".

An American is someone from North, Central or South America, not just from the USA.

It's this type of US-American arrogance and ignorance which many can't stand.

The USA is the Land of the Insane -- why else are there shootings at schools, shopping malls and elsewhere almost every day?

The USA is a disgusting country and the sooner it is destroyed, the better that will be for the rest of the world.

"My country right or wrong" -- this is yet another very disgusting US-American attitude.

The USA has become a disgusting monster, the wealthy one percent of the USA are totally out of control with their disgusting greed. If the rest of the world does not stop this greed, it will destroy the rest of the world.

It's called patriotism son. One day when your proud of something that you have stood up for you might recognize it. Yes the one percent are greedy but it's there god given right to be. And if you weren't so lazy and hateful maybe you to could have a shot at being successful to. But instead you'd rather point out the faults of other and not recognize your own countries problems.
