Well for one, a discourse about gender arose out of feminism. Feminists were the first to question the "naturalness" of gender and suggest that social norms force people to behave in "acceptable" ways that perpetuate stereotypes about men and women. How does this benefit men? It helps us to see that all the bullshit narratives about chivalry, superiority, and masculine toughness are just as constricting for us. I think that the push you see among men today who are resisting the macho/jock stereotype and learning to appreciate all sides of their personality is indebted to feminism.

Also, paternity leave. Women entering the workforce and becoming primary earners opened up the option for men to stay at home and raise children. I don't know if that is the path I will take, but I like the idea of having that bonding time with my future children.
