I have never once heard of one of my friends in school say “Dude do you see Candice’s legs? Damn dude, I can’t even focus on this math, and oh dude, Stephanie took her sweater off, LOOK AT THOSE SEXY SHOULDERS!” 
No I’m pretty sure that dress codes are enforced so that rapey teachers don’t get urges. Tell me I’m fuckin wrong.
