You overreacted. The girl's going to hear this kind of language somehow regardless. It's impossible and even harmful to perpetually protect kids from hearing "swear words". Congratulations, you got a teenager grounded over her having a normal conversation with her friend and some sheltered kid overhearing it, losing business for your store in the process. The real "bitches" here are her you and her mom.

Sheltered kid

Dude, she's four...

SO WHAT? Sirtophat was giving blowjobs for lollipops by the time he was THREE! Sheltered kids these days.

You're just mad that your mom won't let you speak to Girl 2 anymore.

[–]The-Shaman 19

So what? Just because she'll eventually be exposed to swearing doesn't mean that she should have to hear it at that age. If you swear like a sailor and someone asks you politely to stop, then you should stop. Those two girls had an attitude and acted like they were hot shit when OP asked them to stop, so they got what was coming to them. Besides, if they were thirteen, then why the hell were they talking about blowing dudes?

No, it's not overreacting. The two teenage girls were not having a "normal conversation," they were being rude to the employee (calling her a "bitch" from behind her back, not listening to said employee who is trying to help that poor father, ect) and many people would have probably walked out of that store due to the foul language.

So openly talking in public about giving out blowjobs when you are only around thirteen years old is completely normal and okay?

Yeah, no, it isn't.

I think you are the one who is overreacting.

Did you even comprehend the story? How old are you?

Please do the world a favor and never reproduce.

ETA: And I almost forgot to downvote you!

OP had every right to ask them to leave. They were being to disruptive to other patrons and insulted the OP. Obviously common decency was not something your parents instilled in you.

Common decency is often an oppressive construct meant to perpetuate puritan ideals. I'm able to look past these kinds of norms and see the true victimlessness of public swearing despite pressure from people such as yourself who want to keep us bound by ancient attitudes meant to suppress the human condition to keep the masses meek and dependent.

You changed my mind. I had no idea beig a tactless ass would free us all from the iron grip of the man.

You need to stop judging things based on narrow-minded cultural assumptions

I like my narrowed world of decorum and respect for others; it's cozy.

Learn to read. Private businesses can chuck you out and tell you to shut up all they want. Free speech is only relevant to the government telling you to shut your mouth. And do try to understand that "free speech" does not mean anyone has to listen. Read. Comprehend. Learn. Come back later when the self indulgent "I am always right" attitude has been burned up in the fire of reality.

I didn't say the government was doing it. Private businesses can take part in oppression as well as governments. Private businesses used to refuse to hire the Irish.

Your either a kid, a troll, or an idiot. I'm leaning towards the first.

Why not all three?

I can roll with that.

Part of acting like an adult is knowing that you should not speak about certain things in public, especially in the presence of a small child. Just because the child will eventually hear it, does not give you the right to circumvent the parent and impress your own morals on them.

[–]Gascan_SquirrelNo. A youth large is not the same as an adult small. It's torn. -1

Spoken like someone who does not have children or held a real job.

Maybe because you have an unrealistic and immature mindset is the reason why?

Do us all a solid and just go back to posting on /r/mylittleandysonic1 already.

I don't believe what I wrote in that comment on that silly seduction subreddit. I was stating what someone can be led to believe.
