4. Shinji Kagawa
When Kagawa moved to Manchester United from Borussia Dortmand for £17 million, much was expected of the Japanese midfielder. However, he has struggled to adjust to the Premier League so far and has generally given some below par performances. He did have one good game against Norwich, in which he scored a hat-trick (becoming the first Asian to do so in the Premier League). In general, he has struggled to make the United first team and has only made 2 league assists so far the season. Which isn't good enough for a playmaker whose team has scored 69 league goals this season.
