I'd say he's being sexually assaulted in this photo. Men don't worry about it as much because the media and society doesn't tell us we have to be afraid like it tells women they should. In reality American society has never been safer. And men are much more likely to be violently assaulted than women ever will be. That is with sexual assaults taken into account.

Edit: Wording. It may have sounded like I said men were more likely to be victims of sexual assault. I meant that violent assault statistics take into account sexual assaults. The still suggest that women are more likely to be the victims of sexual assault but (and I wish I could find the post) there have been recent studies to suggest that it is closer to being equal between men and women, just that it is grossly under-reported by men, even more so than for women.
