Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food including fat, preferably a healthy fat such as extra-virgin olive oil, to improve the absorption of fat soluble nutrients, or as directed by a physician.

These vitamins are wonderful I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for 3 years and noticed that I have only been sick 2 times in 3 years. Before these vitamins I used to get sick 3 to 4 times a year. I feel that they keep me balanced and my immune system healthier due to these vitamins. The directions say to take 2 but I only take one a day other than if someone in my home is sick or at the office, then I take 2 a day when I feel like I need an extra vitamin boost when there are a lot of sick people around me. Best Multi for the Contents and Price I tried the other multi-supplements. I really could not find another multi-supplement for the money with all the ratios of ingredients, trace elements, and the number of capsules to be taken on a daily basis. Best All in One I can find. May 6, 2012
