1965年東京生まれ。博報堂を経て「SAMURAI」設立。国立新美術館のシンボルマークデザイン、ユニクロや楽天グループのグローバルブランド戦略、セブン-イレブンジャパン、今治タオルのブランディング、「カップヌードルミュージアム」のトータルプロデュースなど、ブランドアーキテクトとしての実績は多方面より高い評価を得ている。その他NTT docomo「N702iD」（100万台突破）のプロダクトデザイン、「ふじようちえん」（OECD＜世界の学校施設最優秀賞＞選出）のプロデュースまで、進化する視点と強力なビジュアル開発力には定評がある。東京ADCグランプリ、毎日デザイン賞ほか多数受賞。慶應義塾大学特別招聘教授、多摩美術大学客員教授。著書に「佐藤可士和の超整理術」（日本経済新聞出版社）など。

奥山清行 / Ken Okuyama工業デザイナー ／ KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN 代表
1959年 山形市生まれ。ゼネラルモーターズ社(米)チーフデザイナー、ポルシェ社(独)シニアデザイナー、ピニンファリーナ社(伊)デザインディレクター、アートセンターカレッジオブデザイン(米)工業デザイン学部長を歴任。フェラーリ エンツォ、 マセラティ クアトロポルテなどの自動車やドゥカティなどのオートバイ、鉄道、船舶、建築、ロボット、テーマパーク等数多くのデザインを手がける。2007年より KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN代表 として、山形・東京・ロサンゼルスを拠点に、企業コンサルティング業務のほか、自身のブランドにより自動車・インテリアプロダクト・眼鏡の開発から販売までを行なう。
奥山清行 / Ken Okuyama
Industrial Designer / CEO, KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN
Born in Yamagata Japan, 1959. Ken has worked as a Chief Designer for General Motors, a Senior Designer for Porsche AG, and a Design Director for Pininfarina S.p.A., being responsible for Ferrari Enzo, Maserati Quattroporte and many cars. He is also known for numerous products such as motorcycles, furniture, robots and architecture. In 2007, KEN OKUYAMA DESIGN was founded providing business consultancy to many corporations. Ken also produces cars, eyewear, interior products under his original brand. He is currently a visiting professor at several universities and also publishes many books.
滝沢直己 / Naoki Takizawaファッションデザイナー ／ NAOKI TAKIZAWA DESIGN 代表
1960年 東京生まれ。ISSEY MIYAKEのクリエイティブディレクター（メンズ1993~2007年、レディース2000~2007年）を経て、2006年に独立。ユニクロ（2011~）など、様々なアパレルブランドのデザインディレクションやブランドリニューアルに携わっている。一方で、金沢21世紀美術館、JPタワー学術文化総合ミュージアム・インターメディアテク（2013年3月にオープン）やレストランなど、企業や文化施設のユニフォームデザインも手がけている。東京大学総合研究博物館特任教授（2009~2013）、早稲田大学文化構想学部非常勤講師（2011~）2006年にジャンヌーベル設計の国立ケ・ブランリー美術館（パリ）内のカーテンを制作、翌年その仕事の評価によりフランス芸術文化シュバリエ勲章を授章。

Born in Tokyo, Japan, 1960. Creative director at ISSEY MIYAKE Men’s Line from 1993 to 2007,and Women’s Line from 2000 to 2007. Established NAOKI TAKIZAWA DESIGN INC. in 2006. After independence, Takizawa has been involved in design direction and brand renewal of world-famous brands like Uniqlo (2011-). He is also known for designing uniforms for museums, restaurants, enterprises and various cultural facilities. Project professor, the University Museum, the University of Tokyo (2009-2013) and Part-time professor, School of Culture, Media and Society, Waseda University (2011-). Awarded the title of Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight in the Order of Arts and Literature) for Museum Curtain design of Musée du quai Branly in Paris in 2007.

ヤンマーは次の100年に向け新型のディーゼルエンジンを開発しました。新型の６気筒エンジンは圧倒的に軽量でありながら100馬力/Lというディーゼルエンジンで世界最高レベルの高出力を実現しました。
本艇はこの最新型のエンジンを２基搭載し最高速43ノットで疾走します。エクスプレスクルーザーとしてコンパクト高出力の利点を生かし、パワーボートのようなスポーティーなデザインでありながら、２つのベッドルームを持ち２カップルがゆったりと滞在できる贅沢な内装空間が特徴的です。
デザイン面では、船体のパールホワイトとメタリックレッドのアクセントが、世界最高峰のヨットレース「アメリカスカップ」で活躍するORACLE伴走艇で証明された力強いエンジンの躍動感を表現しています。
また、開放感あふれる開閉式ハードトップなど革新的な機構はプレミアムブランドに相応しい装備となっています。
Towards the next century of business, Yanmar is developing a new 6 cylinder diesel engine. This exceedingly compact new engine generates class-leading power of 100mhp per liter. Two of the new engines help the X39 achieve a top speed of 43 knots. Designated the Express Cruiser, the high-performance X39 features a sporty design and is outfitted with a well-appointed interior, including two bedrooms, that ensure two couples a smooth ride in the lap of luxury. In terms of design, the striking pearl white and metallic red color scheme evokes the vigor of our engines installed on the chase boats of ORACLE TEAM USA scheduled to take stage in the 34th America's Cup, in September 2013. With a retractable hard top and a multitude of other innovative elements, the X39 is a true herald of Yanmar’s Premium Brand. Next, we’ll be unveiling a second boat at the Miami International Boat Show.

そのヤンマーが、次の100年に向け開発した新型ディーゼルエンジン。それが「Y-CONCEPT FY01 MARINE ENGINE」です。６気筒のエンジンは、軽量コンパクトでありながら100馬力/Lという高出力を実現。スピード×室内空間の広さを両立したエクスプレスクルーザーは、この最先端のエンジンなくしては実現できませんでした。
The leader of the world sailboat engine market, Yanmar has supported the marine industry for decades. With a view to the next 100 years of business, Yanmar is developing an exceedingly compact new engine that generates remarkable power of 100mhp per liter. The FY01 is the heart of the newly crafted Express Cruiser X39, which combines powerful speed with a spacious interior.

Y-CONCEPT MW01 PREMIUM MARINE WEAR
マリンスポーツというのは、歴史的にラグジュアリーという言葉の象徴のような存在でした。したがって、マリンウエアというのはそれぞれの時代を象徴するファッション性と最新の機能を持ち合わせている服であり、同時にプロダクトでもあります。海上で予測されるあらゆるウェザーコンディション、狭い船内での行動、それらの情報は全てデザインとして衣服上に表れていなければなりませんし、それでいて美しくなければなりません。
船上での環境に適応しながらも、最高の着心地を実現するため、素材には徹底的にこだわりました。肌触りがよく伸縮性もある軽い素材を選び、後加工や縫製技術によって完全な防水性を追求し、防風性や保温性にも優れるような工夫を施しました。また船上や狭い船内での動きにフィットするようなカッティング技術（立体裁断）を駆使しています。
ボディのチタニウムホワイトは地平線に輝く光の色、茜色のラインは朝、夕に空を染める太陽の色をイメージしました。ジッパーやロゴマークに茜色を使用する事によって、海に浮かぶクルーザーのスピード感を表現しました。
Marine sports have long epitomized luxury. Consequently, throughout the ages, marine wear has represented the fashion of the times, incorporating the latest functional advances. Marine wear must be able to withstand the fierce conditions encountered at sea and afford the wearer functionality in the narrow spaces of a vessel’s interior, all the while projecting a stylish and fashionable image. In order to craft wear that offers protection against the marine environment, particular attention was taken in selecting fabrics. Light, soft, and flexible materials were selected for comfort, and innovative techniques were used to make a windproof and waterproof fabric that is airy, yet be able to retain heat. The application of unique sewing techniques, realized complete water resistance. In addition, the new marine wear was tailored with 3D cutting techniques to suit the wearer’s body movements and allow greater freedom of action in the close onboard spaces of the marine environment. The titanium white of the body is the color of the luminous horizon, while the thin line of the strong red known as “AKANE (madder)” represents the color of the sun at dawn and dusk. Use of AKANE in the zipper and logo mark depict the speed of the cruiser floating on the sea.

コンセプトトラクターは日本の農業の新しい姿を提案しています。そのイノベーションに溢れるデザインにはヤンマーがこれから量産モデルに展開してゆく様々なテーマが含まれています。後方に細く絞られたボンネットや大きく丸みをおびたキャビンは軽快なスタイリングだけではなく、業界トップクラスの視界性と快適性を実現させました。メタリックレッドはこれまでのヤンマーレッドをさらに進化させ、作業機としての力強さと農家の皆様が誇りを持てる、高級感あふれる色合いです。
また、このトラクターは無人走行による追従システムを搭載しており、複数の作業工程を一人の作業員で効率よく行う事ができ、新しい農業の姿を提案します。本システムは現在ヤンマーの中央研究所で実用化に向けて研究開発中です。
今後登場する数々のヤンマーの量産トラクターや管理機などの農業機械を通して、これらのデザインやイノベーションが次々と世に出ていきます。
This novel tractor is Yanmar’s proposal for the next generation of agricultural machinery. The multitude of functional elements and innovative design are sure to serve as the basis for our production models. With a rearward tapered bonnet and rounded cabin, the tractor is designed to enhance visibility and user comfort. Metallic touches added to the standard Yanmar red are evocative of product durability and contribute to a sense of style and distinctiveness. Equipped with an unmanned work system, the tractor allows the user to carry out a variety of tasks at the same time, contributing substantially to improved work efficiency. This advanced system is currently being developed at Yanmar R&D Center. New designs and innovations are set to emerge in Yanmar’s up-coming production tractors and tillers. 最先端の素材技術とデザインを融合し、新しい農業のあり方にふさわしいウエアをつくろうと考えました。単に仕事のための「作業着」ではない。農業の現場での負担をへらす圧倒的な機能性と、毎日の仕事が楽しくなるファッション性を兼ね備えた「高機能ウエア」です。
農家の方々の生の声・生の要望のヒアリングを重ね、一つ一つ具体的に実現。作業に費やすエネルギーを軽減する軽量素材や、農作業特有の動きを研究し動作のストレスをなくすカッティングが生まれました。カラーは、大地と日々向き合う姿からイメージしたチタニウムブラウン。レディースには鮮やかなピンクを、メンズには黒をアクセントカラーとしました。
YANMAR PREMIUM AGRICULTURAL WEARは、クリエイティブディレクター佐藤可士和氏監修のもと、世界を舞台に活躍するファッションデザイナー滝沢直己氏がデザイン。最先端のテクノロジーと感性で、これからの農業のあり方を提案していく。「新しい農」をクリエイトするヤンマーの試みの一つです。
With the premium clothing range, our idea was to combine cutting-edge materials, technology and design to create items that are suitable for new agricultural work styles. But these are not simply outfits for everyday work. We have created high-performance wear that offers both outstanding functionality and fashion sense to reduce the burden of farm work and add a little fun to each day. The design process involved repeatedly talking to farming families to hear their opinions and needs first-hand and then developing practical solutions. This approach led us to choose a lightweight fabric that reduces the energy used in farm work, while our research into specific body movements produced material cuts that eliminate the stresses of these actions. Our choice of titanium brown as the base color was inspired by the image of farmers facing the land each day in their work. This earthy brown is offset by a lively pink highlight for the ladies wear and black accent for the men’s designs. The designs were created by globally renowned fashion designer Naoki Takizawa under the supervision of Creative Director Kashiwa Sato. With the 34th America’s Cup scheduled to take place in September of 2013, Yanmar is supplying the marine engines that power ORACLE TEAM USA’s two chase boats. Not only do the chase boats tow the racers to and from the course, but with race speeds expected to exceed 40 knots (74.1 km/h), they are tasked with the vital job of following the yachts throughout the race, ready to provide instant support for any eventuality. Yanmar’s engines provide ample speed, power and reliability to weather even the harshest marine environments, with an enviable reputation for quality and performance on the world’s oceans. In a race where dangers abound, the crew of ORACLE TEAM USA has full confidence in the support and contributions of its Official Technical Partner, Yanmar, as they challenge for supremacy in the 34th America’s Cup.
