Definitely one of his. Here's an updated list:

I think it is accurate. The less active accounts are harder to be sure, there are maybe 3 or 4 that I'm not sure of, but looking at the histories for some of the more active ones such as /u/Obamaroid_Ointment, /u/obamateur_hour, /u/cairobama, makes it clear to me that these are the same person. See the link for a little evidence.

/u/Obamateur_Hour has admitted to being Obamaroid Ointment, and /u/The_Hildabeast has admitted being /u/Obamaroid_Ointment. The rest of them comment very frequently (1, 2, 3, 4,5) in each others posts.

Take a look at his Twitter handle and you can see he's got the same graphic up that /u/Mrs_Clinton posts repeatedly, sometimes linking directly to his twitter image. He often makes identical or near identical comments across different accounts like here and here, or here, here, and here, also here, here and here.

Google Obamaroid Ointment and you see that he trolls all over the web with that name and the same goofy Obama profile graphic he uses on his twitter account. I don't know if he is some politician's intern, or some old, bitter, retired guy with too much time on his hands. Whatever the case is, the guy is a a hyper partisan troll and he deserves to be recognized as such.

Here's a good one. /u/Obamateur_Hour and /u/John_Heinz-Kerry post the exact same comment in two different threads 11 minutes apart (1 and 2).

Here's some more:

Edit: Here's another example in a post from last year:
Moochies_New_Wig_Hat, ObamaDrone, Ben_Gazi (twice), and Dhimmicrat all comment in the same /r/politics post.

Also in that thread, /u/Obama-al-Akbar, who has recently come out of the woodwork and seems to fit the profile.

New additions!

Another!

The list continues to grow

Haha I called him out in one of those comments that you posted! He directly linked to his own comment (not the article!) as Obamaroid Ointment in the comment section of The Hill.
