There I was, replacing the lift pump on a Merc 225 XS and it occurred to me,, I've seen this before ?

Yup I was having one of those dee jay voohee thingies.

And no it wasnt that lift pump, Ive seen lots of them.

Im talkin about all the toxic hate rhetoric, threats and hell and damnation emanating from people on here concerning the Confederate Battle Flag issue.

All that spitting and hissing and spewing of bigotry over a little ol banner was just, unbelievable.

And that is what caused my moment of Deja Vu ,, and lead to my epiphany.

I just knew I had seen something like this before, and then it hit me !

The intolerance.

The hate.

Ironically I am quite confident the same people who vehemently condemned the islamic radicals that went ballistic over a goofy pic of their beloved mohammed, were doing exactly the same over a damn flag.

And I am also damn sure those same hypocrites dont give a rats ass about it, they wanna hate, and they sure as hell are not gonna let something like common sense stop them from doing so.
