I disagree.

The reason this is copypasta is because its easily exploitable to fit a lot of different situations.

You can reword this to be about feminists, MRAs, libertarians, liberals, etc.

It's been the last bit of posts here. However another user cleared it up for me by saying its great copypasta because you can substitute X for Y.

Also it was a question more than a statement.

Check out the /r/atheism posts from months ago when they used to this all the time.

Oh I'm not saying that this post doesn't belong here or that there's anything wrong with posting it here.

What I think the guy I was agreeing with meant (and thereby I meant)... It comes down to a growing large percentage of the posts that garner most upvotes being about a group of users that perfectly aligns with cb's views. Even though nearly every post on cb itself would be perfectly ripe for this subreddit, it'd never get posted here. Again I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the posts or that they shouldn't be here but it becomes politicised.

I will just preface this by saying I am in fact 17 years old, I am white, and I do live in America. Do I think my problems are worse than that of the people in Ethiopia? Yes, yes I do. If it's ridiculously outlandish, then posting it here is fine no matter the source. The thing is, you can hardly tell when someone is being ironic or not in a jerk sub.

CB doesn't make these kinds of posts because they know how dumb it makes them look.

Literally every other thread is pointing out how it's a counter jerk or a circlejerk.

But it used to be posted here! That's my entire point! That's what the search says. So I don't really get what you're saying. It used to be a mix here. Some of this, some of that. Nowadays the stuff that gets upvoted is pretty much only this and none of that. So it has turned into /r/noeffortcb. There's nothing wrong with that but it means that I'm not interested it, for the exact same reason that I unsubbed from cb after it went from "some of this and some of that" to "only this and none of that".
