I don’t know enough detail but i don’t get the whole excitement over Conchita Wurst.

That’s not a real person its a persona like a guy that dresses up as a woman meaning he’s a drag act.

That type of stuff has been around an accepted for a long time. I don’t understand how it does anything for transgendered people.

Like the guy behind Conchita could be a straight male (although he’s probably not) so how does him winning a competition mean people have become more accepting?
