Yes, all of them have genetic differences and thus different abilities. Social caste also factors in here.

Fun fact: Due to the fact that humans spent millions of years in Africa, and then a small population left Africa and populated the rest of the planet, there is actually greater genetic diversity within Africa than the rest of the world combined. Which means that your average European descendant has more genetically in common with all of China then two randomly chosen Africans do.
