Russia's working on a Oil-for-Goods deal with Iran that I assume scares the US mightily because it circumvents to US dollar's use for energy deals.

I think the US-Iran relationship could be thawing only because even a deal with Iran is preferable to a budding Russia-Iran relationship.

Sure, that's because it's the ISP's responsibility to deliver the bandwidth to the customer's house.

Netflix already has to pay for content, host content within their own data-centres, and to stream content to the ISP. Tough shit, Comcast, you have to pay for the pipe to the customer's house.
