Patriarchy here.

As a young member of the Patriarchy, don't worry too much about your income right now, especially if you are young and in college (school of any type). We all have to start out somewhere.

To fully realize the benefits of both being, and ultimately embracing your place in the Patriarchy, you must embark upon a life-long Journey.

Patriarchy is not necessarily a destination, so much as a vector of being.

For example, I was raised in very modest means. My struggle through the early years was consistent with anyone born to the meaner, lower classes. I entered college, having only been able to do so after submitting several years of my early adulthood to serve in the US Military. It was there, that I realized that by my racial and ethnic background, I had been bestowed a special gift by my creator.

It was there, serving my nation, that I learned that there are a multitude of my fellow human beings that need to be led by a segment of society that has an innate ability and gift for managing the top echelons of society; I had discovered The Patriarchy.

I left the military, entered college, and further discovered that there were college students, like my self, who also were destined to be led; not lead. Women's studies majors, art majors, history majors, the soft, squishy degrees for which there was no real economic potential.

In my 3 years 2 terms to my STEM degree (I had to work fast, as every day in school was another day of debt creation), I discovered that, once again, there was a class of society that was destined to be the leaders of society. I further embraced Patriarchy.

Now, after nearly 30 years of working to better my economic status, and provide the much needed societal guidance to my lesser positioned fellows, I can declare that Patriarchy is both Alive and Well.

The Patriarchy thrives today, but even Rome fell.

We need you to embrace your full potential as budding members of the Patriarchy. TIA reads like a primer to realizing your potential, and I can only guess how, having TIA when I was young would have catapulted me forward into becoming The Patriarchy that I am today.

Reading the pages of both Tumblr, and TIA provides a simple, easy to follow road map to realizing your potential as The Patriarchy. Today's senior members of The Patriarchy had to struggle our way forward. We had to Read-between-the-lines the details of Freedom Marchs, and Social Protests and the budding of "Harassment Lawsuits" to discover how to benefit The Patriarchy, while keeping our existence and aims hidden from the view of lesser mortals.

So, keep your eye on the prize, and remember, that it is Your Patriarchy, and you only get out of it what you put into it.
