You can argue “WHY DOESNT HE INSTILL THE VALUE OF EDUCATION UPON HER!” Because fathers don’t personally hand out diplomas, or personally educate their daughters you dumb fucking twat. He isn’t teaching her marriage is the single most valuable lesson. Get out of your personal world of fucking feminism and fucking think about what this so personally SYMBOLIZES: the most personal, emotional moment a father and daughter share, privately!
