Collaborate with others on some cool projects on GitHub
We will pick new projects each session, each that explore different parts of the Go Language
Go Code Club strives to be an organization that anyone can get involved with, from Go-Pro, to Go-Noobie.
You might be asking yourself, how is this different than just working on a project on GitHub?
Each session will consist of multiple steps, at the end of which members will be sent a description whats been done, and what is coming up.
We will be tackling various projects that each touch a slightly different side of go. At the end, each will have a product/website to show for the work.
Topics to be covered will be left up to the group, but here are some to get us started:
Projects will be broken up into manageable chunks, and distributed. At the end of each week, I will send out an email summarizing the progress we've made that week, and what coming up next.
I have been a software engineer since graduating college 3 years ago. I have worked on projects like Lets Party and Gossamer, utilizing various new technologies. I am fairly new to Golang, but I am up to the challenge!
