Racism, transphobia, misgendering, and rape jokes are hilarious. This is the comic that represents Mens Rights. *fedora*

Males are objectified just as much as women.
I know that it is easy to go along with women being the only victims of social expectations because you will get a lot of support, but be sure to open your eyes to other groups who suffer just the same.
I see a lot of posters and commercials about women needing to be comfortable with their bodies, which is great, but it really only speaks to women. If you look it up on tumblr, you will likely find 2 or 3 inspirational body image posts for men/both genders in a sea of female ones. There are a ton of ‘be proud of our curves, ladies’, and ‘being a smart girl doesn’t make you unattractive’ messages out there, but unfortunately, very few for anyone else. You may think it’s because men don’t have to deal with issues such as body image, but they most certainly do.
A nice topic to start with would be models. It is well known that female models must adhere to a certain image to keep their jobs, which often becomes a problem with children. I understand this is a problem. I would also like to point out that male models have it just as hard. They are expected to have perfect features, a chiseled body, perfect hair, teeth, smile, ect. or they won’t the hired, or at the very least, their pictures will be heavily edited. Some have eating disorders or take dangerous medication to help them exercise more. Additionally, other males see these images and think poorly of themselves. Sound familiar? This is exactly what female models have to go through. Both genders are told that they are not good enough through images flooding the magazine shelves and television commercials. Keeping in mind that men commit suicide many more time the rate of women per year (assuming that at least a good fraction of those that committed suicide did so because of body image fueled depression ), you would think that more posters and commercials would actually be focusing on men or at least both genders. What’s worse is that unlike female expectations, males are expected to keep their feelings and concerns hidden away, making it so their wants and needs are never met.
It should also be brought up that women judge men on their bodies just as much as men judge women’s bodies. If you are in high school or have even recently visited a high school, you will probably notice gossiping teenagers poking fun at the image of another classmate. If you watch children’s movies, you will most likely see thin or muscular successful men just as much as you will find a beautiful misunderstood woman. Many women catcall attractive men, cheer for half naked men, and go to strip clubs. Many women prefer a certain body image just as much as men do. Many women find celebrities that they find physically attractive and claim them as imaginary dates. Just like men, women sometimes leave their male spouses for a more attractive one. Both men and women get plastic surgery. Both men and women buy grooming product. It goes on and on. Even when you don’t think it’s happening, it’s happening. I mean, look at popular superheroes. A large majority of them may not be showing skin, but in exchange, they are wearing skin tight clothes that show off every muscle and bulge. Some don’t wear shirts at all. (superman, batman, the incredible hulk, green lanturn)
Obviously this is not the only social expectation that is shared with men or another group. There are many many others that are being overlooked thanks to popular assumptions. But to say that one gender is the only one affected by expectations of society is false. There are many that even suffer more. The transparency on these issues is just increasing the number of depressed, self conscious and even suicidal teens and adults who cannot have their voice heard.
SOMEBODY IS FINALLY SPEAKING FOR THE MENZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

The entire ’70s Wonder Woman series needs a flashing “#MISANDRY” at the bottom.
It’s true, I watched some of it recently and the sheer volume of 'Women Good, Men Bad' pronouncements going on in it was off the scale.
Truly terrifying just how much ludicrous bullshit people will put up with if you’re carrying around a nice pair of lady lumps and a big round ass - I mean, I found all the ‘woman power’ stuff fanatical and unhinged, but even I kept on coming back just to look at the pretty lady.
And that, children, is how feminism ended up being taught in schools.
"In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue…”
Children shouldnt be taught that women are people.
LOOK. IT’S EVERY SINGLE STEREOTYPE ABOUT MEN’S RIGHTS ACTIVISTS PUT INTO ONE HANDY-DANDY DEMOGRAPHICS SURVEY SO IT CAN BE STATISTICALLY VALIDATED!! [x]
THANKS R/MENSRIGHTS!!
These results are beyond sketchy. Going through the survey you can see multiple instances of the exact same answers punched in mere seconds apart in succession:
An open survey like this is extremely easy to tamper with and I wouldn’t trust these results. Makes sense since MRA stereotypes are heavily based on their supposed demographics and flooding the results with bot-responses would be easy to validate these negative stereotypes.
Take a look at a similar demographics survey from a year ago.
The results are much more varied in all regards and are much more liberal. Even comparable to the current r/feminism survey. Though note that the r/feminism sample size is smaller at 213 than the 600 so from last year’s MRA survey, and much much smaller than the 3068 of the current.
Are we to believe that r/mensrights, with a subscriber count roughly 2.6 times greater than r/feminism’s (88,400~ / 33,400~), garnered a staggering 14.4 times more answers, almost all of which contrast heavily with last years results and fall in line almost perfectly with stereotypes and show signs of botting?
I call bullshit.
And it goes without saying that for both surveys, r/mensrights and r/feminism alike, that since the sample sizes are so puny within their populations, and are solely to one website, they’re barely any indication of either entire movement.
I’m neither MRA nor Feminist, but this unscientific and questionable survey is extremely susceptible to manipulation and sabotage that promotes negative stereotypes (that often aren’t even related to the topics at hand) that are used instead of actual discussion.
You can always trust reddit for facts.

Mens rights is no laughing matter I assure you. Did you know that as I type this, Feminist have boiled over 11 million white male puppies?

"People who carry guns are more likely to get shot."
This is misleading because they’re counting suicide deaths. Two-thirds of all gun-related deaths in the United States are suicides. In 2010, there were 19,392 firearm-related suicides, and 11,078 firearm-related homicides in the United States. [x]
"Also, you can never be entitled to call yourself judge, jury and executioner."
According to who? There are 24 states with Stand Your Ground laws in place. That’s almost half of the country that has decided that you can in fact call yourself judge, jury, and executioner. [x]
And before you tell me that Stand Your Ground laws are racist, blacks benefit from these laws more than whites. [x]
"If less people carry guns for protection, less scum will feel the need to carry a gun when raping someone, hence solving some of the issue."
How stupid are you? Are you also one of these people:
"Carry pepper spray"
Pepper spray doesn’t always work. [x][x]
There are lots of restrictions on pepper spray. [x]
Pepper spray can blow back in your face, blinding you. [x]
Common mistakes people make with pepper spray. [x]
”invest the money you spend on guns in taxes that make your police more efficient.”
Police are already really efficient and billions of dollars goes into funding them, providing them with needless military grade equipment. [x]
"Also force the police to help people in need."
They are not required by law to protect you. [x]
They have sued families for dialing 911 for help. [x]
They have no interest in helping you, they are a gang. [x]"Carrying guns cause a cold war on the streets."
Here are the 10 leading causes of death in the United States. [x]
Smoking causes more deaths than guns do. [x]
I also support arming rapist.
