ps have googled and tried a lot of suggestions to no avail.

I have Windows XP SP3 on my notebook.
Two similar threads have been solved before. However, my case is much more weird because the message appears right after I start my computer and also before a user logs in.

The problem is that there is no specific application target.

I reinstalled the Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries, but still to no avail.
The message appears now and then, evev after I close the first appearance. I couldn't discern any pattern.

Ran an executable program called C-force.I got rid of program because it was not working.Now when i start my computer the program pops up and i get this error:

I have tried Regcure , Regdefense and antivirus and antipyware to get rid of this, but always does this when i start my computer.Any ideas.

For the past week or so, when I turn off my computer and then restart, this error message appears:

I have Panda Global Protection 2009 on my PC and it doesn't protect against Viruses anymore.
When I start my PC I get the following message:

Get sporadic runtime errors at start up. PC is a HP pavilion dv8000. Message reads:

How can I fix this error? I have the HP QuickPlay Application Rstore CD for HP... will that do the job?

So I Thought Maybe My Browser Was Corrupt So I Reinstalled Explorer 7
For Two Days It Did'nt Crash Now It's Starting To Crash Again And More Frequently Like Every 30 Mins Or So. It Took Me 2 Hours Just To Post This Message Because Of The Back To Back Crashes....It Started 11/28 And I Reinstalled Explorer 7 12/1, It Just Started Back Crashing Again Today.

I have windows xp pro sp2 installed on my laptop.
While I am working, suddenly I get following errors

This error doesn't let me run any files b/c it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel"

It does not show my taskbar or anything, the only thing it shows is the Error message for Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library and the only thing i can open would be the task manager only
