Frozen WON? Best Animated Picture?I hate the Oscars for a variety of reasons, but last night we got more proof about how little respect and decision making actually goes into things. Frozen, as you might know by now, won “Best Animated Picture.” But what you may not know is that only some the people voting had actually SEEN the movie, or for that matter, ANY of the animated films listed in the Best Animated Picture category.
The Hollywood Reporter was able to get a few quotes from academy members who were voting for various categories (specifically best animated) and here are some of the results:
1. I have seen none of them. I have no interest whatsoever. That ended when I was 6. My son dragged me to a few when he was 6; I would seat him and go outside and make phone calls. My pick: I abstain.
2. I thought Frozen was amazing, and my personal favorite was Despicable Me 2, but I didn’t see all of the nominees, so I didn’t vote. My Pick: I abstained.
3. I don’t see much of a co

RantI just pulled the internet cable out for a few days to withstand the urge to rant beyond any reason. 
And even now I'm seriously considering disabling comments for the things that I make. Because I'm so fed up with the continuous hate. And I'm so goddamn sick and tired of people that send me messages that I should just die, just because I happen to make a tutorial. (Yes, this message was literally send to me -- by PM ofcourse)
In the past weekend I hadn't so much to do. I wasn't that inspired to make art, so I decided to work on that tutorial that for which the idea had been floating inside my head for a while already. 
Like some of you know, I've been giving drawing workshops every now and then for the past 2 years. Nothing too serious. I don't even get paid for it (aside from an occasional artbook or fanart drawing). I was there because of passion. Beca

Amazing News!!!Hello everyone!
So after all the turbulence caused by yesterday's news, I am beyond ecstatic to be able to bring you some wonderful news! Despite the loss of a very talented voice actor, the series will continue to go on! I am proud to announce that our new Jeff will be none other than the magnificent Mr. CreepyPasta himself! We are so happy to welcome him into the Seer family, and we hope that you all will make him feel welcome as well! We look forward to the future of this project, and can't wait to see where its headed! Thank you sincerely for going on the wild ride with us!

So recently people have been getting frantic about TDA and Damesukekun and distributing head packs.

To just clear out everything I emailed and messaged TDA on twitter asking about the distribution of individual parts.

He was nice and replied to me and confirmed that It is PROHIBITED to distribute individual parts.

His specific response was "パーツの部分のみ配布ということであれば禁止しています。一度readmeの利用規約を確認して下さい。　"  If you want to be more specific.

*EDIT*

 Edited or unedited you cannot distribute Individual parts.

for example:

it IS OKAY to edit a tda head to look like kaito and then distribute a full tda kaito model.

it IS NOT OKAY so edit a head to look like kaito and then distribute just the head.  ( so head packs are not allowed).
