Prohibitions

The last part clearly says "do not Attaching any part(s) from non-editable model(s) to this model."  NON-EDITABLE model parts aren't allowed, doesn't that mean its saying your allowed to add editable model parts? Yes because its not stated its prohibited, and even before a English readme was widely available people actually asked TDA for permission of redistributing there edits that are  "Frankensteined" and were accepted under the act of TDA there-self.

I understand in a Way when he deletes certain parts that are redistributed example: face by itself, hair, etc. Because under Tda's Rules Parts aren't allowed to be added and used on non-Tda styled models and many people have, But the ones who redistribute these individual parts are not responsible for the actions of the mmd community, and the people who obtain these parts are responsible themselves to follow TDA's Proper rules and regulations.
