English translation of TDA readme:

Prohibitions
1. Redistributing the original data. Trading the original data is also forbidden.
2. Attaching any part(s) of this model, regardless of in the original form or edited form, to other model(s) for the purpose to create and/or edit the model(s) that is/are not Tda-styled. (e.g. attaching Tda Miku's pigtail(s) and/or waist gear to other model(s).)
The only exception is the minimum edit for a video or picture with the story related to Tda Append Miku, but distributing the edited model(s) under this exception is forbidden.
3. Attaching any part(s) from non-editable model(s) to this model.
The last part clearly says "do not Attaching any part(s) from non-editable model(s) to this model." NON-EDITABLE model parts aren't allowed, doesn't that mean its saying your allowed to add editable model parts? Yes because its not stated its prohibited, and even before a English readme was widely available people actually asked TDA for permission of redistributing there edits that are "Frankensteined" and were accepted under the act of TDA there-self.
I understand in a Way when he deletes certain parts that are redistributed example: face by itself, hair, etc. Because under Tda's Rules Parts aren't allowed to be added and used on non-Tda styled models and many people have, But the ones who redistribute these individual parts are not responsible for the actions of the mmd community, and the people who obtain these parts are responsible themselves to follow TDA's Proper rules and regulations.
I was proclaimed copyrighted of TDA a base i made that didn't include any TDA parts, but had a similar style of tda. If he really is a agent For TDA isnt he responsible for thoroughly knowing what edits are and aren't really from tda/or are allowed and made entirely from TDA/TDA-based parts, and had permission to redistribute from TDA, And actually investigating and Contacting TDA, finding proof to Claim Proper Copyright.

@ MMDCarleighE Nice to meet you. And provide recommendations for adapting overseas spoiled assistant's.
"@MMDCarleighE Nice to meet you. Damesukekun was requested as an assistant for overseas 'matters'."
"@MMDCarleighE はじめまして。"だめすけさん" には海外での対応をお願いしてます。"
だめすけ さん = Damesuke san
海外 = Foreign country
対応 = Correspondence
I'm not sure how to phrase it with the direct terms since it is so brief.
Anyway, I have commented on my tumblr that I've rarely to never seen an actual nude TDA base, but I have seen plenty of hybrids (body/head swaps) and they have turned out pretty cool. As a Westerner base models don't bother me, but I can understand why it is different for public sites in Japan and the fact that Crypton is pretty strict with their star Vocaloid.
I hope this wasn't too much of a problem, because it seems to have resolved rather quickly.
This isn't much different from other models that have high usage, the thing is a lot of Japanese modelers appear oblivious to the Western or other nationalities that use MMD / PMD. It has been around for about four years, they really need to 'get with the program' and be more aware of younger users especially after the LAT era.
