but there are some models that you can't take parts from them to edit. Even they change the textures, I still can recognize the parts that they use...

If they said that they don't understand the rules of models, then do not take parts from them...

For example, ESNagekinomai, this modeler makes a lot of fashion models, Russian MMD'ers always make their OCs, using her parts.

But she does not allow to redistribute the edits, they distribute their OCs with their friends. And I even found they also do commissions making models, using ESNagekinomai's parts. It is illegal, it's counted as commercial purpose. ESNagekinomai doesn't allow commercial use for her models.
