This is a reupload due to the false copyright claim by
damesukekun.deviantart.com/This and other individuals have been abusing the copyright claim system for months by claiming to represent the owners of specific files that they do not want others distributing. I expect him to do the same thing to this reupload, so I am utilizing this description to inform the deviantart copyright team of what is actually happening.
The Digital Copyright Act does not apply to these files as they are created under the MikuMikuDance Terms of Service agreement. No such files created under the use of MikuMikuDance will fall under the Digital Copyright Act as it conflicts with the terms laid out in the original rules created for MikuMikuDance by Yu Higuchi.
The individual who has been reporting my files is also guilty of false impersonation of the representatives of which they claim to file for. The only person(s) who can claim on these specific files are the creators themselves. The creators can contact me as I have multiple sources showing my email. They can't force these files out of circulation, but I am more than happy to work with them at creating a publicly available copy on their own source pages. As it stands now, their source pages do not make this file publicly available. It is only available to those who understand Japanese.
