I am a Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) professional currently working out of Tokyo building my business with AGEL enterprise globally. Through my past career experiences I have been exposed to various business issues which were very demanding and exciting in nature. However, I realized that the vehicle in which I was working in did not allow me to achieve the lifestyle success that I strongly desired for.

That is why I chose MLM in 2004 and started to build my skill and professionalism in the industry. I started to work with AGEL (http://www.agel.com) since December 2007, building business in Japan, U.S. and Europe.

MLM is not an easy industry to describe accurately. It is an industry about which many people do not understand well and have misconceptions.

As someone had has made MLM his career, I would say that MLM is not an easy business because of the challenges and difficulties it presents in the path to success. It is about recruiting and training others to become leaders in their own rights and in order to do that you have to become a leader yourself. You will only become a leader after having gone thru personal growth yourself.

Many MLM companies provide healthcare products (nutritional supplements and skin care) for their business. Therefore it is seen as a healthcare business. I on the other hand I believe MLM is “a leadership and entrepreneurship building business disguised as a wellness industry business”. I am looking for like-minded people to share knowledge and work on this business together.

I am currently expanding business into the Southeast Asian markets.
