I regret to inform you all that most of the mods on this group are inactive/no longer into mmd/no longer into Hetalia/no longer active on dA so we're going to close the group. I feel like this is the best decision since -
1. I feel very uncomfortable accepting things since I have no idea what rules each model has now
2. I can't give ownership over to someone else since I really don't know anyone else who follows the "rules" and would post updates and stuff and help people out. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving ownership over to a complete stranger as well.
I'm really sorry for this and I'm sorry if this has disappointed anyone. I really should have done this sooner but I've been dragging it out and I feel really bad since submissions have been taking a day to be approved, people aren't getting their questions answered, and honestly this group is a mess now S:
People have donated points to the group fund and to make things fair we're going to have a giveaway. We have 115
The winner will be picked on December 15th at 4:00AM (UTC TIME ZONE)
In Pacific Time that's 8:00 PM on December 14th. I have to put UTC though since that's what random.org goes by.
If the winner is a deactivated account we will draw another number.
After, we will note the winner. If they do not respond within 48 hours we will choose another winner.
Then we will close the group.
