GENTEN (原点、げんてん) means ‘starting point’ in Japanese. “My GENTEN” means my core values or ultimate goal. Written/spelled differently,
GENTEN (現点、げんてん) is a starting point, or standpoint. In this sense, then, “My GENTEN” means where I stand or what I am doing NOW.
We believe that it is the most important thing to think about our own "GENTEN" for people who decide to go abroad and work there.
There are 365 people; therefore there are 365 “GENTENS".
