The list is not complete, because archiving is initiated by user requests. And they can archive any URL they like, even if I am not aware of that website.
Almost all of these snapshots are indexed using both URLs.

"Not found (yet?)" is shown for not yet allocated short urls. So it seems that you have made a mistake typing the url.

Perhaps that advert were intended to be shown only in specific countries (e.g. European or francophone) so you did not see it but the archiver did.
There are many things the loading time depends on. Number of elements on the page, webserver and network issues.
Also, some webpages load images and scripts from more than one server, and the slowest server sets the total loading time of the page. Even if that slowest server is needed only for something insignificant like social buttons or ad banner.
