Propecia works by blocking this enzyme, stopping it from turning testosterone into DHT and thus alleviating the effects, in this case, the hair loss.

Propecia is a prescription drug, which means that you are going to need a prescription from a doctor in order to get it at a regular pharmacy. However, there are some online pharmacies based outside of the US that offer the possibility of ordering Propecia online without a prescription.
