※まずは「BonDriver_File+TVTestPlugin」が必要なくなるので削除！

※音声フィルタの登録！
regsvr32 C:\PT2\TVTest\TvtAudioStretchFilter.ax

※音声フィルタの設定！
[TVTest]→[設定]→[再生]→[音声フィルタ]　なし→TvAudioStretchFilter

※TSファイル再生用ショートカット！
