This little Filippino albino girl was on the train.. as the family did not speak English I did not ask if I could snap her ( I would have love to have gotten the chance to interact with her and gotten a better shot of her eyes) and just took a sneaky snap while walking by. She had golden hair half as long as she was. I have always found Albinos to be beautiful and think I want to do a shoot with one someday.

From what I understand, it is really difficult to get a good photo of someone with albinism. Their pupils dart and they oftentimes look crosseyed because their eyes are moving back and forth so quickly.
Also, a camera will only pick up a reflection from the cornea which results in a case of redeye that can't easily be corrected.
Those obstacles aside... I think this is an amazing photo which really shows us how lovely this little girl is. You couldn't have staged this in a studio. It's pure.

I'm african american with an albino daughter. she is a beauty. when she sleeps she doesn't look real. hard to photograph her without getting red eye though. can't imagine her any other color
