Bicycle or Trolley to beach. Ten minutes to Cuesta, fifteen to Poly. Though small, nice feel to the space as it is upstairs, has a lot of light and a "view" of the bay/rock.
$550 mo includes certain utilities/month to month rental agreement. First rent and deposit required. No pets.
