Getting old is definitely one of the scariest experiences ever and it can be pretty troubling for any man or woman. Not only that we become aware of the time that has passed but we also start noticing certain changes on ourselves. This is absolutely terrifying for many of us and we would do anything to delay that ageing. Still, it is pretty impossible to stop the time and we will have to accept the fact that the time is passing and we are not going any younger than we were. Still, at least we can do something about the signs of age. That is still something, as although we cannot stop the time we can stop the signs from showing.
We are far from the complete knowledge about the reasons why we are ageing, but we do have some information about the main hormones that are important for this issue. Most significant of these hormones is HGH or Human Growth Hormone. It has been noted that it is being secreted the most in the periods of our rapid growth and that it its production decreases significantly after we pass the age of 30. This is where the first signs of age start to show. Gray hair and first wrinkles are usually the first signs. As the time passes by, these signs become more and more obvious and this is exactly what should be treated and what has direct connection with HGH.
The only problem is that HGH is pretty hard to obtain. It can be in form of HGH injections and HGH supplements. HGH injections are problematic on many levels. First of all, for a very long time it was impossible to create this hormone in the artificial way but it was collected from the human corpses. This is not only gross but it is also pretty against ethics. Lately, there has been found the way to make HGH in the artificial way but it is still pretty illegal since it can have some really severe consequences. Namely, some sportsmen in the eastern countries were put under the treatment of the HGH and it did improve their results but it also pretty much made them suffer later on. Because of the excessive use of the HGH injections they suffered from the enlargement of the internal organs later on in life and most of them died pretty young.
So, if we rule out usage of the HGH injections we are left only with the option of the HGH supplements. These supplements aren’t harmful at all, but they aren’t recognized by the FDA and that means that there are no real guarantees that they actually contain HGH and if they do, there is no proof that there is enough of it inside them. So, the only thing we can do is to rely on the manufacturer’s reputation. It is not likely that the manufacturer with the good reputation will be selling the faulty product.
