Resume:

Newark-Troopers arrested a New York woman yesterday after investigating tips from the public about prostitution at a massage parlor located on Capitol Trail, Newark.

During the investigation, an undercover Trooper entered the Asian Massage parlor located on Capitol Trail and received a massage from a masseuse, later identified as Guang Cao-44 of Flushing, NY. While performing the massage, Cao offered to engage in sex acts in exchange for additional payment. The undercover Trooper declined the offer and refused to engage in sexual behavior with Cao and exited the business.

The investigation culminated with Troopers taking Cao into custody without incident. Cao was charged with the above crime and committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in lieu of $500 Secured Bond.
