their web based email has a very very bad UI, not easy to use. i called in to get help with my email hosting options and how to set it up and the rep was super knowledgeable and i even learned a few technical things from him – and i’m a VERY technical person!
I’m very happy with the service, only one issue in over a year. pretty good imho.
