I went thru a period of stress where I would have an attack while I was making dinner. I couldn't do simple everyday things. All because I didn't get help, I thought I could get thru it on my own. I got help, and now his ex is claiming I'm a drug addict. Just can't win.

For some reason, I get them at least three to four times a week. Heart racing, severe sweating, dizziness and disorientation and the feeling like I am going to pass out. It is an awful feeling.

I have had them on the job, home, and shopping. They can happen anywhere! They are a nightmare.

I have had them. Used to have them all the time. I had panic and anxiety attacks. Then, one day I just realized -- screw it! -- It isn't worth all this! I got rid of all the crap in my life that was causing the stress, which included a crappy job and an abusive husband! Haven't had one since!

I have gotten them at work, at home....(never know what causes those) ....in the car....
I don't wish them on anyone.

A little anxiety is normal. I have gotten them just before i got up and left i job i couldnt stand. lol

I had several at a variety of times and places, mostly in my teenage years, often when I had smoked too much weed, and almost always revolving around the fear of going to hell.
